Seamless Conferencing Experience in Europe
As a meetings, incentives and conference specialists, we were over the moon when we received an enquiry for a four day incentive trip to Prague. When we got the enquiry, we knew immediately that the first thing we had to do was choose where to host our clients.
We decided to host them at the Lindner Hotel Prague Castle, and we made the decision to have our team meet them at the airport. Meaning we took care of their travel from arrival to departure.
We organised them walking tours - giving them the opportunity to explore the old towns. Then we planned them wonderful dinners, even go so far as to include a river cruise. We then travelled our of Prague, so we then got the opportunity to explore the surrounding regions that are seeped in history, and were so beautiful to get the chance to see!
It was very important to this client that their guests feel relaxed and comfortable on their stay. So we also made sure they had enough free time in the city to explore and shop - whilst still making sure there was plenty of time for spending time as a team and building important relationships.
In general, we divided the days up by having half the day as free time and the other half being spent as a group activity and food (we would never miss the essentials!). This team enjoyed it that much, we are fortunate enough to be taking them to Brussels next year - for their annual conference and the very exciting plans are already underway!
